CONSTRUCTIVO es una tentativa artística abierta a los acontecimientos, sin forma aún definida que se quiere adaptar y encontrar su lugar en un proyecto real de auto-construcción  del genial y siempre «incómodo» arquitecto sevillano Santiago Cirugeda.

De momento, todo se reduce a intensas conversaciones junto a  Santiago, sobre la vivienda, la banca, las constructoras y otras mafias, sobre innovadores y prácticos materiales que facilitan la aouto-construcción, sobre alternativas reales al abandono de edificios sin terminar, sobre cohesión e integración de comunidades…Paralelamente junto Piero Steiner iniciamos  un proceso de creación inspirado en el mismo discurso que se ha meterializado en una pieza performática abierta  ( que se puede consultar en esta misma web – espectáculos)

CONSTRUCTIVO quiere ser  un manifiesto encendido contra la esterilidad de la arquitectura moderna así como una crítica e imaginativa visión de nuestra sociedad y los edificios que la deberían cobijar.  Pero también, y sobre todo, una plataforma desde donde proponer. CONSTRUCTIVO quiere dar visibilidad, mas allá de los circuitos especializados, a arquitecturas alternativas  cuya necesidad y demostrada viabilidad intentan negar desde arriba.

CONSTRUCTIVO

* Constructive.  adjective. 1.constructing or tending to construct; helping to improve; promoting further development or advancement ( opposed to destructive ): constructive criticism. 2.of, pertaining to, or of the nature of construction.

CONSTRUCTIVO is an open art attempt  ,  without definite shape that wants to adapt and find Its place in a real project of self- construction by the great and always » awkward » Sevillian architect Santiago Cirugeda .

For now, it comes down to intense conversations with Santiago , on housing , banking , construction and other mafias, innovative and practical materials that facilitate self-construction, on real alternatives to abandonment of unfinished buildings, on cohesion and integration of communities …In parallel along to Piero Steiner we started a creation process inspired on the same principles that has resulted in an open performative piece  (which is available on this website – shows)
CONSTRUCTIVO wants to be a manifesto  against the sterility of modern architecture and a critical and imaginative view of our society and the buildings that shelter , but also and above all, a platform from which to propose . CONSTRUCTIVO wants to give visibility, beyond specialized circles , to alternative architectures whose necessity and demonstrated feasibility they try to deny from above.
